What is the processing time?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order has been placed and received. Any order placed after 5pm PST will start processing the next business day. We conduct rigorous quality control checks and tests in order to ensure the products’ quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. 

Total processing times may vary. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take up to 7 business days to process and dispatch. Holidays or other peak seasons may also cause delays. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

We ship from Sacramento, CA. At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, our complimentary and standard shipping office service arrives after 6-8 business days for deliveries on the west coast and 7-9 business days for the east coast via USPS.

2-DAY SHIPPING FEDEX - $15.99 

The 2-Day Shipping Option is a FedEx 2 business-day service. Expedited shipping is only available for items in stock.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEDEX - $29.99 

The Overnight Shipping Option is a FedEx overnight / next business day service if ordered before 2pm PST.

Dispatch Time

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific time/California). 

Track Your Order

Once your order is processed, prepared and leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number.
